RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Teaching ORAL English to beginner, intermediate and advanced
learners;
- JUST 20 teaching periods per week. A teaching period is 45
minutes.
BENEFITS and BONUSES:
1. Will earn a salary ranging from 4000 - 7000 RMB (Salary
is negotiable);
2. FREE Western-style, fully furnished accommodation (including
TV, DVD player,
Stove, water heater, microwave oven, telephone, computer hooked
to the internet etc)
Note that the school pays for all the bills.
3. Re-inbursement of cost of airplane ticket from anywhere
around the world after the end
of the contract;
4. School provides an attendance bonus of 1,500 RMB which
as long as you don't exceed the
allowed 2 sick days and 2 personal days per month;
5. A competency bonus of 2000 RMB per month based on principal's
accessment and students'
feedback. A teacher does not have to excel to get the full bonus,
they only need to meet
minimum requirements;
6. After the completion of six months contract the teacher
receives a bonus of 3000RMB;
and 6000RMB for completing a one year contract;
7. The schools will provide a working visa and residence
permit upon arrival in China;
8. FREE Chinese Language lessons.

age and English ability.
No
matter where in China, the institutes or schools will offer foreign
teachers competitive wages and welfare, and comfortable living

conditions, though the quality of the facilities varies from
location to
location. For the past two years, about 30 foreign teachers from
America,
Canada, England, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand have taught
for AIFL.
We
will provide:
1. Salary: minimum monthly salary of 4000RMB ($1=~8.27RMB). Salary
increases according to degree level obtained, TEFL/TESOL certificate
obtained and experience.
2. International airfare allowance: reimbursement of USD800 for
an
international air ticket at the end of a one-year contract. For
half an
academic year contract, the allowance will be of USD400.
3. Accommodation: You will be offered free comfortable living
facilities - a
standard bedroom, communal kitchen and washing machine. The standard
bedroom
is equipped with one bed, telephone, air-conditioner, TV and
a bathroom.

8. Delivers instruction to clients that keeps participants involved
and motivated.
9. Conducts program evaluations for clients at the end of each
course
10. Prepares syllabi for courses he/she teaches
11. Teaches on-site or off-site courses as needed
12. Corrects and grades participants' assignments
13. Assigns grades to participants
14. Attends weekly staff meetings
15. Provides weekly progress reports to Harby Fawzy and Dave
Kimball
16. Assists Harby Fawzy in hiring instructors.
17. Performs other related duties as
needed
18. Applies principles of Effective Practices in Workplace Language
Training
19. Reports to Harby Fawzy
Training
and Experience Required: Qualified applicant must meet the following
minimum requirements: TESOL certified, minimum of 1 year teaching
experience, preferably overseas. |
